Grave of Polish 'chess genius' restored in London

A British Grandmaster led a rededication ceremony in London, Tuesday, of the resting place of Polish-born Jewish chess player Jan (Johannes) Herman Zukertort.

GM Stuart Conquest British led the ceremony at the newly restored grave of Zukertort, who died in 1888, at London's Old Brompton Cemetery.

Born in the Polish city of Lublin in 1842, Zukertorf settled in London in the early 1870s and died there in 1888. He was buried at Brompton Cemetery, one of London's most elegant Victorian graveyards, but with the passing of time his grave had sunken lower and lower and had been covered by grass.

Some years ago it was IDENTIFIED by the Polish Heritage Society, a charity organization promotes Which among the British public the contribution of Poles to the common cultural and historical heritage within the United Kingdom, and, Independently, to former British Chess Champion and GM Stuart Conquest .

My memories of that time was a blur of study test caffeine study test worry and even more studying and tests, sleep was that thing after all that, like some holy grail in a dim part of the future.

When I go ask someone to do me a favour, and another guy does me that favour Instead, outta the blue, someone Iv'e never even spoke to before, then why shouldn't I speak nicely to them, and show them respect??

Should I treat that person, and speak to that person, the way I do with Harry? A guy who's done nothing but talk crap with me and everyone else for that matter, aborted chess games with me, and basically just annoys the tits off everyone? At least I mention, and am Interested In chess, and don't go round worshipping a player, as opposed to talking about the game Itself..

He's a little Idiot, and when he was feeling lonely because no-one posted In his forum, It was me who went and struck up a conversation with him (which he soon forgot, and moved onto some other 'Top 10 list' !)..

The guy's really pissed me off Jess..

And people can say or think what they want about me, but that won't stop me being nice with people who are nice with me..
