In my most recent team match game, both my opponent and I have chose the Queen's gambit declined as our opening. Makes it feel like Capa-Alekhine 1927! But who is Capa and who is Alekhine?? |

 | | WannaBe: Regarding time usage, I tend to use up most, if not, close to all of my time when an interesting position arises. Take for example, an OTB tournament, the lowest ranked sections always finish first, even if it's a 40/2hr + 1 hr sudden death, which is typical for US tourneys. Or, this example: http://gameknot.com/team-match.pl?b... where my opponent and I are already in the mid-twenties in our move count, while the higher rated players are still calculating. |

Apart from possibly intimidating opposing teams, Wannabe's job could be made far more...interesting. |
