twinlark: Are there still restrictions on women playing chess? I thought in the modern era that all FIDE events were open to women, subject to the usual qualifying criteria. That is, while there are female-only events, there are none that are exclusively male.

I'd have to agree he's a hoaxer extraordinaire, but doesn't he sound so completely genuine?

Not sure what you mean by "genuine"?

I don't think a hoaxer is supposed to be genuine.

My main point is that I think he's having a lot of fun- and he's not in any kind of anguish or distress.

Certainly not the kind he keeps telling about- that he's been plagued for years by aliens who won't leave him alone.

jessicafischerqueen: I want to become a hoaxer. I wish now that I'd got a degree in <hoaxing> rather than <English>- sounds more fun.

I'm not sure how you "get hired" though.

By "genuine" I meant he seems like he believes in what he's spruiking. As in aggrieved by what he genuinely believes to be inconvenient visitations.

jessicafischerqueen: hmmmmm ok then further research is necessary.

Yes we discussed that "believing in your own hoaxing" before- I told you I had experienced that with my friend when we were <Easter Monster> hoaxers.

I will be back with further vital reports on this crucial case.

jessicafischerqueen: I'm just happy due to the imminent <HALL OF WINOS> activities.

Do they have Halloween in Oz, and if so, is it on the "reversed month"? So you have to wait six more months for Ozzie Hall of Winos?

jessicafischerqueen: Ok I have to go back to "work" now but I will leave you with this "message to skeptics" I just read on one of the aliens message boards.

It appears that USING CAPLOKE AND SPELING BADLY IS ACTUALY AN IMPORTANT CONVENTION IN THESS REPORTES

I just finished laughing my guts out at this one- it's not from Stan just so you know-

I have just watched this documentary it's from the <DISCOVERY CHANNEL> so it's pretty decent- viz not crazy--

It's about the infamous AREA DOGGIMUS and I've made it into a playlist called AREA DOGGIMUS for a code name in case the government is monitoring this important thread here:

  twinlark: <Jess>

Thanks for that. I just had a good sniff around <Area Dogpound>, and it seems there are a lot of very sick little puppies <packed> in and around there.

Also lots of very curious bloodhounds trying to sniff out how new breeds of <Rottweilers> and <Dobermans> are getting their teeth sharpened.

Hope they keep a tight leash on them all... I'd hate to see them beating up my local neighbourhood friendly <cats>.

PS: I've changed the code name to ensure the government sleuthing of this critical thread remains totally fooled.

jessicafischerqueen: Heh I've been stalking the <Kenneth Argument Page> for months, as I'm wont to do.

I almost never post there however, since many don't take me seriously and even more can't stand what I have to say.

Possibly because I'm always making outlandish truth claims in the most supercilious fashion imaginable.

In that vein, I notice you put <keypusher> in his place VIZ "habeus corpus" NOT EXISTING as explicitly written- and binding- law.

I wonder if he will acknowledge his mistake, (I WAS MISTAKEN) or just push on to a new subject.

Or an even more popular strategem among know-it-alls (and I should know- heh) is to retrench without actually admitting one was wrong in the first place.

"What I really meant was BLA BLA BLA making my original point largely correct because BLA BLA BLA"

Anyhoo, such is the life of the <Kenneth Argument Page> spectator.

Humorous.
