Dec-21-03  shadowmaster: Some info on this tourney from the TWIC website: <The XVI Carlos Torre Memorial takes place in Merida in the Yucatan region of Mexico 12th-20th December 2003. 6 Round Swiss followed by a knockout. The top 12 in the Swiss qualified and were joined by Alexei Dreev, Boris Gelfand, Valery Filippov and Liviu-Deter Nisipeanu.
