Played in Argyle Resort Hengshui Taihua Hotel, Hengshui, China 17-18 May 2019. Time control: 3 min + 2 sec/move. Swiss system, 16 players, 22 rounds, starting at 2 pm each day. Tournament director: Berik Balgabaev. Chief arbiter: Sabrina de San Vicente. The 22-year-old Chinese Tingjie Lei won on tiebreak ahead of Alexandra Kosteniuk, both with 15/22.
