Pepe Cuenca Invitational (2020)

The Pepe Cuenca and Divis Invitational was an online blitz knockout held 12th to 16th April on the Chess24 server and named after popular broadcasters on the website. The event served as a warm up for the Magnus Carlsen Invitational (2020). Each match was best of 12 games, with a time control of 3 minutes plus 2 seconds a move. If the players tied at 6:6 they kept playing blitz games until one player scored a win. First prize: $2,500.

Peter Svidler beat Duda 6.5-4.5 in the final.
