Feb-12-14  Everyone: Hopefully <Everyone> gets a participation trophy, too.
Feb-12-14  PhilFeeley: <paavoh> The only one I can think of is TWIC (http://www.theweekinchess.com/), but if he gets them from the official site, like CG.com, then we'll have to wait until Bunratty updates them.
Feb-12-14  PhilFeeley: Simon Williams said he was going to this. Did he commentate or something else there?

Feb-17-14  dehanne: Good to see Baburin still playing Alekhine's defense.

Domdaniel: <dehanne> Alex is one of very few GMs still playing Alekhine's, although it has looked increasingly vulnerable in recent years.

Domdaniel: <whiteshark> My spies tell me that Alina l'Ami was so taken by Ireland that she expressed an interest in returning for next month's Cork congress, and bringing her husband this time. Alas, it seems they have a prior engagement that week.

Tabanus: The organizer here seems to be the last to have fumbled away the crosstable.
