May-04-15  Sokrates: CG announces: <Leading players include Grischuk, Kramnik, Aronian, Jakovenko, Wojtaszek, Vitiugov, Svidler> but where are they?
May-04-15  superstoned: <Sokrates> They are all at the Russian League,,typo i guess.
Premium Chessgames Member That was a typo, our apologies. The winning team was Obiettivo Risarcimento Padova (Hikaru Nakamura, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave Maxime, Etienne Bacrot, et al).
May-04-15  Sokrates: Okay, understood, thank you.

Penguincw: Results of games and what not can be found exploring this link:

Apparently WorldTradingLab Club 64 Modena also had 11 points (both teams +5,-1,=1), but Obiettivo took the tiebreaks (not sure what it is, but I'm guessing game points, or maybe H2H).

Obiettivo won (like expected), but they had 3 super-GMs on their team, while the next highest rated player not on their team is Luka Lenic (2642).

May-04-15  Karposian: <Penguincw: Apparently WorldTradingLab Club 64 Modena also had 11 points (both teams +5,-1,=1), but Obiettivo took the tiebreaks (not sure what it is, but I'm guessing game points, or maybe H2H).>

The first tie breaker was the total of the individual board points scored. Obiettivo: 20 pts, Modena: 19 pts.

May-05-15  coolconundrum: So Italian team championships... and Nakamura is playing (?!) and Caruana isn't?!
May-05-15  Karposian: <coolconundrum> Caruana dropped the Italian team championship this year. He is preparing for the FIDE Grand Prix in Khanty-Mansiysk that starts next week.
May-09-15  jphamlore: Isn't this game one of the greatest crushes of a super-GM by a 2400 level player ever?

N Altini vs M Vachier-Lagrave, 2015

If someone said this game was a previously unknown game of an immortal as White, I might believe them. The only explanation I have for such perfect play is that Altini seems to be near that magic age of 20 when a chess player integrates the total game.
