The 2017 European Blitz Championship was held in Katowice (Poland) on December 15, 2017 as a 22-round (11-double-round) Swiss System open tournament. The time control was 3 minutes per player with a 2-second increment per move. Chief arbiter: Tomasz Delega. Official sites: and
