French Exchange Variation 3. c4!?
Compiled by bomb the bishop
--*--

This interesting and simple line in the French, can lead to positions which appear in openings like the queen's gambit declined, and others. Its simplicity attracts many players, and it is a very easy opening to study; considering the very few lines it has. White has done very good, with this opening.
