Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-11-08  Sacsacmate: Sir Victor wielded French with Black like nobody.....fabulous game...
Dec-24-08  xrt999: 27.cxb4 seems wrong, giving up control of the d4 square to black, allowing black's solid d and e pawns to advance, with black's LSB guarding the a6-f1 diagonal. f2 is weak, and cant be defended.

Perhaps better would have been 27.Bxb4?

Nov-04-10  ozmikey: Seems a little early to resign, unless this was a loss on time. There are a couple of ways of indirectly defending f2 (37. Qh4, or 37. Bc1 with the idea of 37...Rxf2 38. Rxg7+), and although Black is obviously better there's still plenty of play.
