  vonKrolock: The brazilian IM Helder Camara names the 2...Qe7 idea "The Câmara Defense", and points to a game Madeira de Ley vs H Camara, São Paulo, 1954 as its first appearence in practice: Well, older examples are found, but whithout a claim, that's not the first instance in Chess Opening's History... the Bilguer from 1916 analyses briefly 2...Qf6, but ignores the text-move, that contains the more strategical aim of changing the character of the game to a kind of KID - more details here
