Kibitzer's Corner
May-05-08  D.Observer: What was Black's advantage on the final position?
May-05-08  daniellovesbeer: Treat of B x b5
Jun-17-08  micartouse: This ending is very uncomfortable for White; it looks like a more restrictive KID exchange.

Black seems to get all the most typical cramping shots in: controlling the a3-f8 diagonal, pressuring the e4 square, occupying d4, weakening the kingside by threatening ... Nf4, and slamming down ... c5 for a better bishop. White got a rook invasion, but it wasn't enough to work with.

Jan-29-10  psmith: 24. h4 or 25. h4 would have been better, to hold on to the h-pawn. After 25...Nd4 White's game is very difficult.
Dec-16-11  T Gyuid: In my journey through chess literature, this is perhaps the first master game that I have truly understood. An attempt to comprehend the sophistication of Botvinnik and Fischer in Indian positions is surely founded on an understanding of Dr Euwe's treatment of the Old Indian Defence as demonstrated here.
