Yes 3.Nf3 is better. I played the Centre Counter for years it's a pain because 90% of your memory cells are taken with all the junk around 3.Nc3. Got fed up seeing it so started playing 2...Nf6 instead of 2...Qxd5 with good results.
3.Nf3 also sets up this pitfall which has 100's of blitz scalps and more than it's fair share of classical chess victims.
P Belmondo vs G Gilardi, 1989
Nor forgetting this classic brilliancy. (which can come from this natural move order) 1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.Nf3 Bg4 4.Be2 Nc6.
R Runau vs Schmidt, 1972
I too would like to know the Morozevich Queen sac. I played a few myself as Black but usually out desperation. Nothing too sound.
Douglas Marshall Bryson played a nice Queen sac as Black v Jakubovics. (I have submitted it along with other games by me, (typical cut slash and burn games) don't hold your breath. )

A wee story about this game.
I asked Dougie to send me his five best games so I could note them up for 'Rampant Chess'. Game Collection: Rampant Chess
He sent me a few correspondence games that went to Rook endings and other deep stuff.
I'm sure you have all heard this saying.
'Chess is a sea in which a gnat may drink and an elephant may bathe'.
Well I'm a gnat and I'm not swimming in that sea (too many Elephants in there already) So I sent three of them back saying 'your games...but my book!' and selected the Jakubovics game.
