  Sneaky: You gotta love Nigel!
Feb-11-03  mrwonkabar: Whats the point of 19 ..Bd7?? He lost the exchange on the next move, and he must have seen in coming... Can anyone see the merits of the move played?
Feb-11-03  judokausa1: The point to the move was to tempt Short into to exchanging the only piece that could have removed the strongly posted knight. Short I am sure looked deeply into the position to see that the knight would be required for kingside defence and then could be reexchanged for a rook in a superior position. An important lesson in sacing the exchange. If the knight is required for defence it might not be able to maintain that strong post.
Feb-11-03  judokausa1: what the heck was Adams thinking with g5?! it seems to undermine the knight and help white out.
Mar-03-07  woodenbishop: AWESOME!!

Adams must have scratched his head when this one was over.

Oct-12-08  ZIMMIE: great game nigel clean and neat
