Honza Cervenka: After bad opening black defended very well quite difficult position and managed to equalize it just to lose due to elementary tactical slip. 46...d4 was a blunder, which could have been busted after quite simple 47.Rxf3+ Bxf3 48.Rf4+ Ke7 49.Nf2 winning material. If the gamescore is correct, then white missed this opportunity playing 47.Rf4+, which allows black to avoid catastrophe by simple 47...Rxf4 48.Rxf4+ Ke7 and black is fine but instead of that black fell into the same pit by 47...Ke7?? leading with transposition to the same result as above mentioned line. But frankly speaking I am not sure that this is what has happened in the game. Of course, mutual blindness is no great exception in chess but 47.Rxf3+ Bxf3 48.Rf4+ Ke7 49.Nf2 Bd5 50.Nxh1 seems to be a bit more probable finish of the game.
