Honza Cervenka: 9...f5 was very dubious idea in a position without finished development and white punished this "active" approach of black quite convincingly. After 9...0-0 black position looks viable. 21.Kh1 was not necessary and white could have played also 21.Qg6 immediately with decisive effect but it didn't spoil anything as after 21...Rfe8 (the only move) 22.Ng4 white has Pawn and attack. 21...Rae8 was a blunder and white could have won even more quickly with 23.Qh7+ Kf7 24.Ng4 instead of 23.Be6 which was more than sufficient as well.

Honza Cervenka: I don't think that 8...Ne5 was that bad and after 9...0-0 black seems to be in game though white can be slightly better here. But immediate 8...0-0 would be probably a better choice than text move.

<13...Dd7 nebst 14.– 0-0-0 sieht chancenreicher für Schwarz aus.> After 13...Qd7 14.Nxf5 gxf5 15.Bd3 black can't play 15...0-0-0? for 16.Bxf5 Qxf5 17.Ne7+ and 15...c6 16.Re1+ Ne5 17.Qh5+ Kf8 18.Bxf5 gives white extra Pawn with better play.

Apr-28-10  ariel el luchador: Muy mala partida de Anderssen bien refutada por englich es una lastima que por querer sorprender haya jugado una apertura inferior y fuera de su estilo.
