Jan-17-14  Mating Net: I think Black would have had a quicker finish if he had played 29...Rxg2+ instead of the text move with 30.Kh1 Qd5 31.Qe4 Qa2 as a plausible continuation.

Ulf probably calculated his line as winning after he picked off the weak a3 pawn. Besides, I think he really enjoyed playing endgames so much he wanted to prolong his victory.
