Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-09-06  drnooo: Quite a miniature. The king move of Korchnoi's looks like a hallucination, or one of Tal's; same thing. In the end Ashley winds up very nearly an amateur.
Apr-30-07  jtd200: It looks liks this is the only Caro game in the database that Ashley's lost... Korchnoi's a pretty good player to deliver it!
Nov-03-15  ChrisWainscott: Who says 67 year olds can't attack? Ashley is simply steamrolled by Viktor the Terrible's superior understanding.
Nov-03-15  capafischer1: Actually korchnoi was born in 1931. He is 64 years old when they played. Great use of the initiative by korchnoi.
