20...Bd7 works I think. I don't see anything. 20...Rg8 don't seem to do anything at all.

  Honza Cervenka: 20...Bd7 loses for 21.Rf6+ Ke7 22.Qxg7+ Rf7 23.Qg5 Kf8 24.Rh6 etc. But 20...Ke7! seems to hold the game with advantage for black.
