Apr-20-06  sneaky pete: Old theory gives 12... Rxf7 13.Ng5 Be6 14.Qxc3 Rf6 15.Nxe6 Rxe6 16.Qc4 .. with some advantage to white as best play. Enno Heyken suggests 13... Qxg5 14.Bxg5 Nxd4 15.Qd1 Bxa1 16.Qxa1 c5.
Aug-04-06  sneaky pete: Played in 1927 with Van der Kar as black. Euwe mentions this game in the first (1938) edition of his Theorie der schaakopeningen, volume 11.
May-13-16  RookFile: I think black missed the bus.
