  fredthebear: The White queen is threatening to play 16.QxBa5 and 16.Qd8+.

If 15...Bxc3 to save the Black bishop, then 16.Qd8+ Qe8 interposing. Then comes 17.Bxh7+ removing the Black king as defender of his queen.
