Nov-13-05  Inf: another great game by granda. sac of important pieces like rooks keeps granda's attack impresive.
Nov-13-05  tayer: I like the game too, but I can't see sac of important pieces, only an exchange sac (27. ♖xd7) when the game is almost over.
Oct-28-08  Jaburu: This game is a historical game! It was in it, there in the distant 1996, that I discovered the concept of "operational hiatus" that tomorrow, October 29, 2008, I will present, for the first time, in lecture at the Curitiba Chess Club, Brazil.
Oct-28-08  Jaburu: Position after 20...Bxd2: the moment of the "operational hiatus"! Only in this moment!
Feb-06-14  wordfunph: "Resignation is the only move left. 1-0"

Jonathan Sarfati: Most of the action looks like taking place on the Q-side, but Granda whips up a lightning K-side attack from almost a clear sky.
Apr-04-20  tigreton: I don't think White's attack on the kingside comes out of the blue. Some skirmishes took place on the queenside, that left the black pieces very bad positioned after 22 ... Ba5 (White sacrificed two pawns for that). But the white pieces were always targeting the kingside: Ba1, Nd4-c6, Ag2-e4 and, the star transfer, Qa4-h4. Actually, Granda plays all over the board. Great!
