Jul-23-09  Knight13: <Mieses has the credit of having revived this good variation of the Scotch game by adopting it several times in this tournament with success.> Apparently not successful enough to beat Janowski. But Janowski is a better player anyway.
Aug-19-09  Fanacas: You should read the notes form teichmann completly mieses came musch better out of the opening and coukld have one if he didnt make the mistake with the combination.
