Tabanus: This game is identical to the one in Botvinnik's book "Candidates' Matches 1974" (Belgrade 1974). But,

"played to a draw last night after <42> moves in their second game" (AP report in San Diego Union 20 Jan 1974 p. 11).

May-18-20  RookFile: Strong play by Polugaevsky in this game. I found myself preferring the black pieces throughout the whole game.
