Feb-28-06  RookFile: Yeah, black played the wrong plan here. You need to play ....exf4. Also, in this sort of line you typically play for ...Rc8 and the exchange sac ...Rxc3, followed by winning the pawn on e4, to get play. Instead of going all out of the queenside to get play like he's supposed to, black digs in over there, and gets hammerred on the kingside.
