Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-11-08  Knight13: 13. Nxd5 creates imblanace, but gives up the two bishops. Could've had more fight if he chose that way, but then he wanted to draw or something.
Aug-06-15  Howard: This game repeats the strong novelty 7...dxc4, which took place in Game 9. Karpov won a very clean victory in that one.
Oct-24-16  RookFile: Normally in the queen's gambit accepted, when black plays cxd4 white plays exd4, cheerfully accepting the isolated d pawn but using it as a battering ram with d5. But here, in this deferred version of the queen's gambit accepted, 10. exd4 and d5 leads only to equality. Evidently the Rc1 move is not particularly help to white in this specific variation.
