Dec-17-09  Jim Bartle: I'm pretty sure this was played in the Polugaevsky theme tournament, where every game was an open Sicilian.
Dec-17-09  Albertan: Jim Bartle, you are correct.I just checked Chessbase Megadatabase 2009 and this game was played in the Sicilian theme tournament in Buenos Aires in 1994
