Kibitzer's Corner
May-21-04  Whitehat1963: 17-year-old Kasparov schools player of the day Antoshin.
Oct-27-04  prinsallan: 30: NxD5+ ... I must be blind, cause i dont see the check. If this one shows the correct diagram, why doesnt Antoshin play... RxD5 ???
Oct-27-04  clapperrail: 30. Nd5 is not check. If Black plays 30. .. Rd5, then he drops one of his rooks after 31. Qc6+.
Oct-27-04  freshstart: (30: NxD5+ ... I must be blind, cause i dont see the check. If this one shows the correct diagram, why doesnt Antoshin play... RxD5 ???)

Qc6+ looks pretty decisive!

Oct-28-04  prinsallan: Thanks guys for pointing that out, still the checksign (+) should be removed.
Nov-21-07  suenteus po 147: Another great game from Young Kasparov. His focus and attack on the queenside after castling is instructive.
Nov-21-07  Jim Bartle: I think this is the first time I've ever seen a queen moved to f8 between king and rook. Looks so strange.
Jun-15-08  ToTheDeath: Excellent game. 12.Nh4! instead of the routine O-O ensures Black must delay castling due to the attack on d5.
Jul-27-17  bla bla: why not 10...f6???
Jul-27-17  Nerwal: <why not 10...f6???>

Three question marks for this move is about right. It's positionally horrible, especially with the ♘ stuck on h5.
