Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-14-07  Maynard5: White's 10. h4 is clearly premature. The threat of course is 11. Bxh7+, followed by Ng5, Qh5, etc. But Black easily parries the threat with 10. ... f5. At this point, White can no longer castle kingside, and so is committed to castling on the other wing, where Black has better attacking chances.
