Honza Cervenka: Excellent attack of Yakov Estrin. 23...Nd6 threatening 24...Re4 with next 25...Nf5+ 26.Kh5 g6# was another possible finish.
Aug-02-04  Jesuitic Calvinist: Yes, excellent. Estrin took on Keres on his home ground, opening-wise, and won beautifully.
Feb-14-06  malbase: This is another suspicious game.
When did Keres ever play Estrin.
There is no record of the above game anywhere else.
In Vol. 21 of World History of Chess, the game does not appear.
Jun-15-06  bernardchinshin: What happens if 20. Qe4. I cannot see a win for Black.

DytnTD: Not a suspicious game at all. You can find it in Estrin's book GAMBITS. It was a game from a simultaneous exhibition. Estrin and Keres 'debated' the variation for number of years afterward.

I just have to pass that off to simul fatigue, <bc>. The move is sure sitting there waiting to be played, though.
