  samvega: 16.Ne5!! 17.Bf5!!

The beauty is that Alexander must have believed 16.Ne5 was out of the question when he pushed g4 (16.Ne5 Nxe5 17.Qxd7?? N(5)xd7)

Everything looks forced: 16..Qe8 loses to 17.Nxc6; 18..Qd7, 19..Nd7, 20..Qg6 all lose to Qxa7

Nov-29-04  Hidden Skillz: note if black after 18.Rxe5 Qd7 it leads to pretty combinations by white.. and very much everything forced

perfidious: A marvellous conception; it's a welcome sight indeed in this age of Fritz 9 Zillion to see what a human mind can conjure up.
Nov-23-15  zydeco: Everything that happens is black's comeuppance for not playing ....Kb8 before starting his kingside attack. Keres was better than anybody else at finding an acute angle of attack -- producing a devastating combination with the minimum disturbance to his own position.
