  Honza Cervenka: It is a nice game. If 12...Nxg3, then 13.Qf2 Nf5 14.Nxe6 Qd7 15.Nxd5! If 16...dxe4, then 17.Rxh5. Also 22.Ne4! is a lovely move. Black should play 28...Raf8 instead of 28...Rae8.
Jan-08-03  drukenknight: in your line, what about 13...Nxd4?

Honza Cervenka: Do you mean 12...Nxg3 13.Qf2 Nxd4? Then what about 14.Qf7#?
Dec-12-07  Hafen Slawkenbergius: It's a pity we didn't see 31...Ke5 32.Qh2#. That's a really pleasing mate.
Dec-12-07  RookFile: Pillsbury may not have been the all time strongest player, but his games are among the most interesting ever played.
Dec-12-07  psmith: It looks like 12...♘xd4 is better than what was played in this game. I've spent some time analyzing it and can't find a good continuation for White.
Feb-16-13  billyhan: This game appeared in the Pillsbury American Indian cook book, "How To Scalp Schallops".
