Chessical: One for Iron Maiden's game Collection: <Power to the Pawns!>, but in this case four pawns good, one pawn better!
Jun-06-04  iron maiden: <Chessical>, thanks, but most of the games in my collection involve pawn storms (usually three or more pawns, or at the very least, two). I don't really consider one lone Black pawn marching to queen, when Black is already up a rook, enough to warrant a place. I can't have every game in which a pawn promotion is the deciding factor in my collection, obviously. There is some excellent pawn play by White, but it wasn't quite enough to save the game. If it had prevented the loss, I would have no problem putting it in Power to the Pawns. Thanks anyway though.
