Jun-28-06  KingG: Black should have play the unpleasant 10...O-O instead.
Aug-24-07  wolfmaster: I never knew Roald Dahl played chess!
Jul-21-09  backrank: Nice little game, an IM playing against an NN, of course, leading to the expected result (and expected kind of game). 13. ♘xf7! is very pretty and entirely correct. ♗xf7 is losing quickly, ♔xf7 would have put up much more resistance, although White should still obtain a winning position after 13. ... ♔xf7 14. 0-0 + ♔e7 15. ♖ae1 ♕g8 16. c4 or 16. ♗f5. May-28-13  wtr: At the time of the game, Teschner has not been IM.
Sep-15-14  Amarande: "The title International Master is awarded to strong chess players. Instituted in <1950>, it is a lifetime title, usually abbreviated as IM in chess literature." -- wikipedia

However, it took him a couple of years, until 1957, to receive the IM title (in the same year as 20 years younger Fischer). At that time, he had already played 2 Olympics (1952, 1956) and been Deutscher Meister...
