  tpstar: In the KGA with 3 ... d6, sometimes White tries 0-0-0 although Queenside development can be delayed. I like how Black got counterplay against the Pe4 (winning a Pawn) then traded down for the better endgame. Notice Black avoided 36 ... Bxh2?! 37. Kf2 and the Bishop is out of the game (37 ... h4? 38. Bxh4).

Now 17.♕xa7 can be answered with 17...♘g3+ Δ 18.♔f2 ♕e2+ 19.♔g1 ♘xf1 etc. Looks fine for Black, but now white can check with the ♕ in 'a4' and keep checking, because the black ♔ can not cross the 'e' line due to the ♖e1 pin
