keypusher: Really nice game by Hebden, who shows that White doesn't necessarily have to get all the fun in this opening.

15....c5! 16.dxc6 bxc6 17.Bd3 (17.Bxc6 Ba6 18.Bb5 Rad8! -+) 17....Re8 18.b4 Nxe5 (18....Ndf6 also works) 19.Rxe5 Rxe5 20.Qxe5 Bg4 21.Qc5 Re8 22.Ne4 Rxe4 (22....Qh2+ 23.Kf1 f3 is another way to win) 23.Bxe4 Qh2+ 24.Kf1 Qh1+ 25.Qg1 Be2+ and the queen goes.

It seems that White's position went from dubious to losing with 10.Kf2.

perfidious: As Chigorin was a specialist in the King's Gambit, but a fine defender on the Black side, Hebden could give a good account of himself with both colours.
