Mar-19-18  edubueno: Parece que las negras están mejor.
Sep-10-18  edubueno: 13...b5! es una jugada muy interesante.
Parece que 14 Axa7! es la mejor respuesta, porque si 14...bxc4, 15 b4!! las blancas quedan con buenas posibilidades aún si aparecen alfiles de diferente color: 15...Bxc3 16.Qxc3 Be2 17.Rfe1 Bd3 18.b5 Qd7 19.b6 Qa4 20.e5 d5 21.Qd4 e6 22.b7 Rb8 23.Bxb8 Rxb8 24.Qc5 Qd7 25.a4 Rxb7 26.a5 Ra7 27.Ra2 Ra8 28.Qd4 Qa7 29.Qxa7 Rxa7

offramp: These two had played an exhausting match in 1966, and they knew they were likely to play another one in 1969.

They might have decided to have an easy day.

Sep-10-18  ughaibu: Edubueno: According to the database, 13...b5 was first played in Geller vs Gurgenidze, 1958. It's interesting to compare the two games.
Mar-31-20  edubueno: ughaibu: Muchas Gracias
Mar-31-20  ewan14: Spassky did beat Petrosian in another competition in 1967 and he was white against Petrosian's pet French Defence Burns variation
