Chessical: This game is from round 7 of the Maehrisch Ostrau tournamant in Czechoslovakia, where both players had relatively poor results. This was Rubinstein's worst performance in the 1920's, and for Spielmann it followed on from a very mediocre showing in Carlsbad 1923.

<24... Rf8!> seems to keep the game equal, for instance, <25. Rxa5> Ra8 26. Bd2 Rxa5 27. Bxa5 =. Instead, Rubinstein loses both the <f> and <a> pawns for the <c> pawn. Perhaps Rubinstein was planning:

<28... d5> 29.h5 Be8 30. Bd4 Rd7 31. h6 Kg8 32. hxg7 Rg6 33. Rxd5 Rxd5 34. cxd5 Rxg2, which appears attractive but in the end it does not work.

<50.a5> is an even quicker win 50... Kd7 51. a6 Kc8 52. Be5

This comment about Spielmann doesn't tell the whole story, after winning this game he had a score of 5-2 half a point behind Lasker and Reti. Spielmann's problems came in the second half with a score of -4 =2.
