Oct-10-03  PizzatheHut: Nice deflection
Oct-10-03  Cerebrate2006: Quite an easy spot though, but definately something ill use for my chess club someday
Oct-10-03  clifton: 26.Re8 is obvious.
Oct-10-03  mandar: But what if I d0nt capture Queen??

kevin86: Would a Texan say:"This is a bad day for big OLL"?
Oct-10-03  mrvocab: Re8 is at first obvious, but it is not obvious that White gets enough comp for the R + N.
Oct-10-03  drukenknight: what is wrong w/ 25...Bxf2+?
Oct-10-03  Bears092: DK - That should help a little, but black is still lost.
Oct-10-03  drukenknight: oh come on there are a lot of choices to make there, 26 Kxf2 Qf6+?
Oct-10-03  Bears092: 26. Kxf2 Qf6+ 27. Kg1 Qxd4+ 28. Qf2
Oct-11-03  drukenknight: doesnt ...Rc8 come in first?
Oct-11-03  Bears092: 27... Rc8 28. Re5

There's no way for black to take advantage of the pin, and he's down a piece.

Oct-12-03  drukenknight: Hey Bears this is beginning to sound like a Silman book....

"White is unable to capitalize on the doubled g pawn...

"WHite's forces are paralyzed...

What makes you think black is lost?

take a look at this:
Tarrasch vs Lasker, 1908

Oct-12-03  DWINS: I have to agree with Bears092. Black is dead lost.
Oct-12-03  drukenknight: hmmm, I'm still confused. What if he had given check before grabbing the B? e.g 27....Re1+

I think there is some trick I am missing , good moves by Bears, though.

Oct-12-03  Bears092: 27... Re1+ 28. Kh2 axb6 29. Qc8+ Kh7 30. g3
