Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-29-08  Whitehat1963: Why is this over?
Jan-29-08  Shams: white is dead in the water; the queens must come off and then black's a-pawn is dead. Soon after his b-pawn will fall. White's bishop stares at a rock-solid c-pawn...I for one would rather go see the sights in Havana then play on here against a 1967 Smyslov.
May-04-18  tigreton: If only White could retreat his a pawn to a2... Smyslov makes perfect use of the weaknesses on b3 and b4, and on d4 too. A true master.
