Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-04-15  A.T PhoneHome: This aggressive line is anything but common. Our database has only two games in this identical move sequence (up to 9.Be2) excluding this one! Here are those two if others would like to have a look:

Spielmann vs Colle, 1928 - Black win

Lutikov vs Bagirov, 1960 - Drawn

And some notable examples with small deviations:

F Ignatiev vs Larsen, 1962 - FM player beating The Great Dane! (deviates from this Spassky game; instead of 7...dxe5, 7...Be7 is played now)

Ljubojevic vs D Marovic, 1971 - Ljubojevic win with gorgeous Queen sacrifice! (deviates at move 7; instead of 7.Be3, 7.Nf3 is played but Ljubojevic plays Be3 as his 8th move)

Morozevich vs Bagirov, 1995 - More by Moro, Black was left morose! (Morozevich plays 7.Nf3 like Ljubojevic but continues 8.fxe5; not playing Be3 at all)
