Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-17-03  Sarimanok: A classic kingside attack in the Bishop's opening.
Jan-17-03  drukenknight: 25...Ke6 any better?
Jan-17-03  Sarimanok: If 25...Ke6 then 26. Rg6+
Jan-18-03  drukenknight: so black exchanges Q for R, is it still lost?
Jan-19-03  Sarimanok: Maybe not immediately. However, White does have a big endgame advantange.
Jan-21-03  drukenknight: it sure looks that way, yes very depressing for black.
Mar-13-05  notyetagm: A beautiful king deflection by Spielmann: 23 ♗xf7+! ♘xf7 24 ♖xf7 ♔xf7 25 ♕xh7+ and Black is lost.
Jun-08-06  GufeldStudent: 22...Ne6 does look better, with the idea of moving the N to f8.

Dec-02-10  sevenseaman: Normal service, Przepiorka was having a good ride. Most of us could even sympathise with his plight!
Jul-04-14  parisattack: Soltis refers to this as the 'Spielmann setup' (e4, f4, Nf3, Bc4, d3) in one of his books. Alas, I have forgotten which one of the hundred or so he has penned.
