Mar-21-10  Xeroxx: Spielmann always finds a way to make a game lively.
Jan-24-13  SirChrislov: The game score might be incorrect. According to the Soltis book <The 100 Best>, it's 23.Qxb2 Qe4+ 0-1.

The game was a good pick for a brilliancy prize 100 years ago but by modern standards, at least according to Soltis, was a decidedly lopsided crush, the kind played in the second round of any big money Swiss System open-hardly a brilliancy prize winner today. Maybe I can agree but it's still nice to witness the wonders of the past and appreciate what made headlines back then.
