Mar-11-09  capatal: What's Tal's best response to 25...Bxb4?

Mar-11-09  capatal: <ughaibu> Thanks, 26.Rxf7 and mate in #6.

(I had the black king on g8) duh.

Sep-14-15  ESAnt: Why not 8...Qxd4?

maxi: <ESAnt> The d4 sac by White is a common theme in the Caro-Kann. The loss of time and the open d file more than make up for the Pawn, so it is not advisable for Black to take it.
Jul-08-17  RKnight: <Maxi> Tal was indeed a calculating engine. For instance 25 Qxd5 appears to drop the bishop, but had black played 25...Bxb4 then 26 Rxf7+ Qxf7, 28 Qxd8 leads to mate.
