Apr-20-06  drmariogodrob: <chessgames.com> If it's pertinent, It seems like it should be 44. e7 instead of 44. e7+. Otherwise a fun attack by Topalov. I'm always a fan of seeing the French get beaten (the opening, that is). Hoping this is more a forecast of the outcome of the match this fall than their overall record is.

  fredthebear: After 45...KxRh8 comes 46.QxQf7 RxQf7 and 47.e8=Q+.
Dec-03-20  syracrophy: A great finishing jolt! The theme is simple but so so neat.
