Jul-31-03  daacosta: This game has got be wrong. Black's 29th move must not have been Qa4 because the queen is hanging. In fact, from the final position in this game, after 30... Ke7 white can simply take black's queen and earn a decissive material advantage. Also, I believe that this game is a bad duplicate from a game by Uhlmann (same opponent) where black plays 29... Qxa3 with mate to follow shortly... That makes more sense...

Sneaky: Whenever you find a game that looks loco, the first thing you should do is check out the link <1 more J Dueball/Uhlmann game> or possible <games similar to this one>

I did, and here's what I found: J Dueball vs Uhlmann, 1969

Makes much more sense than this one!

Mar-29-07  leow: sneaky I tried the link you mentioned but it said that game was removed due to redundancy. In the posted game i agree with daacosta where Qxa3 is killing
