An Englishman: Good Evening: The only other game in the database with the same variation as today's Game of the Day (Shariyazdanov vs B Zueger, 1998 ) is this one. This is also a tactical melee, but Black finds a great defensive resource, which if sound belongs on a Sunday puzzle: 18...Black to play, and you have to find the next six moves to claim full credit.
Aug-04-07  PolishPentium: White perhaps would do better with 23 Rb8+. It's obviously illegal for the Black B to interpose, and the R interposition would be disastrous (allowing 24 RxB+ without compensation), so the best move for Black is 23... Kf7. After 24 RxB+ RxR 25 RxR (at h8), White doesn't appear to be in bad shape, at least in this duffer's humble estimation...
Oct-25-13  Shams: Very nice game. In <PolishPentium>'s line, isn't the minor piece ending after 25...Re8 just winning for Black?
