  fredthebear: 13.e6! is a fine move - a discovered attack. Such a pawn thrust is not so obvious, as Black has four ways to capture the pawn. Naturally, Black chooses to rescue his loose knight, not realizing there's worse to come.

  FSR: 5...Nc6! with the idea of 6.Nxe4 Nd4! is best, and 5...f5 is also supposed to be OK.
