Aug-25-21  tbontb: The game was equal for a long time which naturally suited Reshevsky, playing White with a healthy lead in the match. 36....Rc2 (better ....Rc6) was a bad mistake, needlessly losing a pawn and probably the game. After 50.d5+ there was no way back, so the last chance to offer some resistance was 49....Ra3 50.Rc2, though White would remain clearly better.
